On Monday, September 24, 2018, the Second World Congress on the Prevention of Addictions in Children and Adolescents: Advances and Experiences in Regulation, organized by the Fundación Nacional Centro Interactivo Ámbar A.C. and the Instituto Nacional de Psiquiatría Ramón de la Fuente Muñiz.
