Dr. María Luisa Zúñiga presents the Binational Border Health Thematic Network, at the Meeting of the Executive Committee of the Border Health Consortium of California, in which the Network’s 2015-2018 action plan, Sub-programs and key actions was discussed.
She explained the interactions between the researchers assigned to the network, where a wide analysis of the CV’S of each researcher of the Network is made, detecting publications, courses, degree exams and common projects.
She also exhibited the mobilizations of the Network, during 2015-2017, in which 46 short stays were supported. 6 out of 10 movements were made outside the northwest node.

She ended the presentation by showing the Frontiers Magazine’s special issue, where 18 authors are active members of the Network, 12 are authors from Mexico and 8 institutions affiliated to the Network, by researchers from it. Thereby fulfilling the objectives of the RTBSF.
