On August 11th, 2018, the second on-site meeting of the Academic Technical Council (ATC) of the Binational Border Health Thematic Network (BBHTN), was held in the Central office of U.S.-Mexico Border Health Commission meeting room (USMBHC) in Tijuana, Baja California.
